Aromatherapy Properties:
(Uses)
Traditionally been used to help balance female
hormones. Excellent to help the body to become calm and relaxed. Great for skin
care Helpful to all skin types but
especially dry skin. Add a few drops to boiling water for a facial steam, add a
few drops to your moisturizer for face and body. Helpful for acne, bruises,
broken capillaries, burns, cuts, ringworm, lice, hemorrhoids. Contains insect
repellent properties.
Helps with cellulite, engorged breasts,
edema, poor circulation. Use as a compress or rub. Possesses analgesic
qualities that help to ease sore muscles.
Use as a rub or compress to alleviate sore throat or tonsillitis.
As it works to balance hormones, this oil
is useful in reducing symptoms of PMS.
Use in a diffuser, bath or inhaled on a
tissue to help ease anxiety as it is calming, soothing and helps with
nervous tension. Wonderful as a skin hair care ingredient. Add 9 drops to 1
oz unscented body care or to a massage oil/lotion. Combine with rosemary,
jasmine, patchouli and lavender according to your liking to make your own
hair care blend. Add to unscented shampoo or conditioner (5-10 drops per 1
oz of product), or apply 1 drop to your hairbrush to rejuvenate and
naturally scent hair and scalp. To add to a bath (in order to prevent the
oils from floating on the surface you may want to blend the essential oil
with some half and half, honey, or vinegar before adding to the water. |

Chamomile, Rosemary, Basil, Thyme, Cedarwood, etc.
Very suitable to make an aroma more round and complete.

proper guidance of a qualified aromatherapy practitioner. Use extreme caution
when using oils with children and give children only the gentlest oils at
extremely low doses. It is safest to consult a qualified aromatherapy
practitioner before using oils with children. A skin patch test should be
conducted prior to using an oil that you've never used before.
