Historically, these
oils have been reported to relieve pain, open the sinuses, and
aid the body in overcoming both bacterial and viral infections.
This blend is mildly stimulating and may keep poor sleepers
awake if used before going to bed. If this is the case, we
suggest using this blend during the day and lavender oil by
itself at night. Mix all ingredients together.
Then add to bath by drops to your bath water
while it is filling. |

Inhaling hot
steam loosens and thins the mucus in your sinuses so that it can
be expelled. Eucalyptus and Thyme essential oils has powerful
anti-microbial properties, and peppermint essential oil has a
strong fragrance that helps to open sinus passages. Carefully
pour the boiling water into a basin and then add the essential
oils. Make a towel tent over your head and the bowl and breathe
in the steam for 10minutes. Take care not to burn yourself with
the steam. Use twice a day.
