 Minor Pain

Body Aches

 
   Ingredients:

  10 drops Chamomile Roman
  10 drops Lavender French
  10 drops Marjoram Organic
 
 
Help to soothe aches and pains. Mix 10 drops of essential oil in 2 Tablespoons of carrier oil or lotion and massage areas of discomfort.

 
 

Muscle Rub

 
 
   Ingredients:

  2 drops Ginger  
  2 drops Eucalyptus Globulus  
  2 drops Peppermint  
  1 tbsp Grapeseed Carrier Oil  
 
  Mix all ingredients together. massage firmly into affected area - particularly good for legs.  
 
 

Pre-Sports Rub

 
   Ingredients:

  1 drop Lavender Bulgarian
  1 drop Eucalyptus Globulus
  2 drops Rosemary
  4 tsp Massage Oil (unscented)
 
 
Blend all the essential oils together, then add to 4 teaspoons of our massage oil base (or any plain base/carrier oil). Stir gently to mix and apply to the body prior to exercise.
 
 

Post- Sports Rub

 
   Ingredients:

  1 drop Juniper Berry
  1 drop Rosemary
  2 drops Lavender High Altitude
  4 tsp Massage Oil (unscented)
 
  Blend all the essential oils together, then add to 4 teaspoons of our massage oil base (or any plain base/carrier oil). Stir gently to mix and apply to the body prior to exercise.
 
 

Backache Compress Massage Oil

 
   Ingredients:

  2 drops Clary Sage
  2 drops Rosemary Organic
  3 drops Chamomile German
  2 drops Black Pepper
  1 drop Peppermint
  4 oz Massage Oil (unscented)
 
 
Mix all ingredients together. Massage deeply onto the back until most of the oil is absorbed by the skin.
 
 

Muscle Soothing Bath

 
   Ingredients:

  5 drops Grapefruit Pink
  3 drops Black Pepper
  2 drops Rosemary
  2 oz Bath & Shower Gel (unscented)
 
  Mix all ingredients together. Add to a very warm bath and disperse well. Soak in the bath for 15-20 minutes inhaling the vapors. Do not get bath water in your eyes as it will sting.

    Ingredients:

  Rosemary - relieves pain, stimulates, has a warming effect on muscle and is used in small amounts (max. 2 drops total in massage base) before training or competition to help prepare muscles for exertion; BEST AVOIDED BY PERSONS WITH HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE.  
  Eucalyptus - antiseptic, aids breathing, decongestant, relieves pain, repels mosquitoes.  
  Lavender- relieves pain, relaxes spasms, calms, promotes sleep, is antiseptic, tones muscle.  
  Juniper - antiseptic, mild diuretic, detoxifies, helps eliminate lactic acid from muscle.  
 
  This essential oil kit are the four elements for people in sports.  
 
 

Sports Bath

 
 
   Ingredients:

  Lavender French  
  Juniper Berry  
  Rosemary  
  1 oz Carrier Oil  
 
  Perfect for both before and after strenuous exercise. Mix all ingredients together, and add to a running warm bath.

  Warm hot bath

  12 drops Lavender French  
  4 drops Juniper Berry  
  6 drops Rosemary Organic  
  1 tbsp Apricot Carrier Oil
