Bath, Body, Skin, & Hair Care

40 drops Lime

20 drops Rosemary

20 drops Sandalwood Indian

20 drops Lavender French

120 ml Shampoo Base

Additive-Free Shampoo for Normal-Dry Hair. This gentle formula will rid your hair of excess build-up without over-drying. It will leave your hair soft, silky and manageable. Add essential oils to Shampoo Base and shake gently to mix. Shampoo Base is also available without sulphates.

Moisturizer for Normal to Oily Skin

20 drops Cedarwood Atlas

30 drops Lemon

50 drops Bergamot

125 ml Vitamin A.D.E. (unscented)

	This gentle formula will moisturize your skin without leaving any oily residue.
Mix the oils listed above with our Moisturizer Lotion Base and shake vigorously to mix.

Revitalizing Body Scrub

Ingredients:

5 drops Lemongrass

10 drops Grapefruit Pink

5 drops Cypress

5 drops Cedarwood Atlas

1/4 cup Exfoliating Body Scrub

3 Tbsp. Cleansing Lotion

This wonderful body scrub will remove lifeless, dull cells to reveal satin smooth skin.
Blend exfoliating body scrub and cleansing lotion to make a creamy paste. Mix essential oils into the scrub.

Ginger Citrus Body Oil

Ingredients:

30 drops Lemon

20 drops Orange Sweet

10 drops Lime

20 drops Ginger

10 drops Bergamot

8 oz Body Oil (unscented)

Combine all ingredients together. Mix well.

Hair Rinse

5 drops Carrot Seed

5 drops Lavender French

1 drop Patchouli Dark

4 drops Chamomile Blue

8 drops Geranium Bourbon

2 drops Sandalwood Australian

1/4 cup Apricot Carrier Oil

Add Essential Oils to 4 cups water and shake vigorously. Pour over clean hair as a final rinse. For short hair, use half the amounts.

Dark Hair

Fair Hair

1 drop Lemon Organic

Add Essential Oils to 4 cups water and shake vigorously. Pour over clean hair as a final rinse. For short hair, use half the amounts.

Hair Oil Treatment

Ingredients:

1/2 ounce Sweet Almond or Jojoba Carrier Oil (or 1/4 ounce of each)

6 to 8 drops undiluted hair care oil blend

Combine base oil and essential oils and mix well. Double recipe is needed for long hair so oil will cover all of the hair. Apply oil gently throughout hair. Wear a shirt that you don't mind getting a little oily, or cover your shoulders until oil is absorbed into the hair well. Cover your head with a plastic cap or your pillow with a few bath towels if you plan to sleep with the hair oiled. Leave oil on hair for at least 1 hour.
To rinse, add shampoo directly to the oiled hair before you rinse or wet it. The shampoo emulsifies the oils, resulting in a much more thorough rinse.

Scented Brush or Comb

20 drops Lemon

1 drops Sandalwood Indian

1 drops Chamomile Roman

40 drops Apricot Carrier Oil

Combine base oil and essential oils and mix well. Add 2 to 3 drops of this hair care oil directly to a hair brush or comb before using it.
If you have a wooden comb, the oil can be rubbed directly into the comb. Hair absorbs scent quite readily. The oil also conditions hair as you brush or comb. This is a good treatment for both men and women.
