Using Directions:

Diffuser: Add 20 Drops to your diffuser & follow the manufacture's instructions.
Massage Oil: Add 12 drops to a 1.5 oz carrier oil (Such as Sweet Almond), mix it well. Then fill the included Free empty Roll-On bottle with the massage oil, and apply it to the area to be massaged to prevent wasting.
After Mixing up the pure Blend with a carrier oil to make a massage oil, fill the included Free empty Roll-On bottle with the massage oil and apply it to the massage area to prevent wasting.
Bath Salts: Using a fork and a bowl, mix 6 drops with 1 cup unscented Dead Sea bath salt. Store the bath salt in a air tight container. Use 1/4 cup per bath water.
Bath Oils: Add 16 drops to a 2oz carrier oil , mix it well. add 1/4 oz to your bath water.

Using Directions:

Massage Oil: Add the desire drops of the Pain Relief Blend to a 1.5 oz carrier oil (such as Sweet Almond), mix it well. Then fill the included Free empty Roll-On bottle with the massage oil, and apply it to the area to be massaged to prevent wasting. Use it for topical applications on the pain area. Massage the back of neck, forehead, and rub on temples. You can also use this blend to massage the bottoms of feet and along the spine, and then keep the massaged area warm for best results. Please consult your physician if pregnant or under a doctor's care.
For Aromatic Use: Apply to the bottoms of feet and follow with topical application on location. Rub on temples, back of neck, or forehead, or inhale for a soothing effect. Use with a warm compress along the spine. If pregnant or under a doctor's care, consult your physician.

Instructions:

Aromatherapy Inhalers, also known as nasal inhalers perfect for use on the go. Simply apply essential oils or blends to the cotton pads, insert, seal and it is ready for use.
Have a bad cold? Just add a few drops of our Sinus & Stuffy Nose Aromatherapy Blend essential oil onto the cotton pad, insert and breath in.

Instructions:
• Apply essential oil or blend to cotton pad.
• Insert the cotton pad into the inhaler.
• Attach seal cap at bottom of inhaler.
• At the top of the inhaler, there is a small opening where one can inhale/breath in the aroma of the oils.
• When not in use, simply insert inhaler into the container. Screw together tightly to prevent loss of scent.
Boil a pot of water and remove from the stove. While still steaming, add 6 drops of the blend . Cover bowl and head with a towel and inhale for at least 2 to 3 minutes. KEEP EYES CLOSED.
